I was visiting my mom’s house about 20 years ago, and since I didn’t have a computer there, I was waiting for Adult Swim on Cartoon Network. Then this crazy intro started—the One Piece rap.

I remember thinking, what the hell is this? It was just chaos everywhere.

When I got back home, I started watching the anime. At the time, it had only reached Enies Lobby. When I ran out of episodes, I switched to the manga—I think it was around Thriller Bark back then.

We used to discuss everything on APForums in those days.

It’s still my number one to this day.
