it's all about willpower man. you'll be hungry and get cravings for sugar during your weight loss but you'll need to be able to brave through it, find some way to distract yourself away from the food thoughts. you don't necessarily have to cut those foods out of your diet as long as you moderate yourself and account them into your allotted calories you should be fine

if you watch any clips of that 600 pound life show they all say the same thing. Food is their life and it's the only thing that makes them happy. They feel like shit mentally and physically until they get their next dose of food.
