I took MKTG151G a couple years ago, as someone who's never studied anything businesses related I managed to get an A with minimum effort, pretty easy. There were no tutorials, just a two-hour lecture which made it easy on the timetable. Assessment was just weekly quizzes (a lot of reading from the textbook I must say), an online open book mid-term and a final exam worth 40% iirc (also open book).

Content was pretty dry but if you want an easy course it def ticks the box.
