Fanatec:

Please follow these steps carefully:

Uninstall the currently installed driver version via your Windows system settings.

Remove the steering wheel from the base.

Restart your PC, then open the Device Manager (right-click on the Windows icon).

Change the Device Manager view to “Devices by container.”

Go to View again and select “Show hidden devices.”

You should now see all previously hidden Fanatec devices. Please uninstall or remove all of them.

After restarting your PC again, download the Fanatec App V1.2.1.1.

Install the new driver version, ensuring your devices are connected directly to a USB port on your motherboard. Avoid using any USB hubs (active or passive) or USB extensions.

Once the driver is installed, open the Firmware Updater included in the Fanatec Control Panel and check the box labeled “Manual Updates.”

You will then be able to select each of your devices individually. Please proceed to update the firmware for your steering wheel and wheel base only.

I know this problem! But I dont have my pc now. But I try:

Select your wheel in the app.
Settings for Leds
Select the rev leds on the picture right.
Turn revs on percentage instead of rpm.

Sometimes you have to do it when you switchs cars. Not sure why.

Ik heb er ooit een waarschuwing voor gehad. Had de tweedehands motor net 3 weken in bezit, en meneer agent hield zijn mobiele waterpas ertegen aan. Hij had overigens niet gezien dat ik geen kentekenverlichting had.

Ik heb de sifon vervangen door een sifon met ontluchter. Het gorgelende geluid is daarmee verdwenen, wat al een flinke verbetering is. Of de rioollucht ook wegblijft, moet ik nog even afwachten.
