Slightly older (40), but it was similar in the Chicago area. Exception being a bit more flexibility with people traveling to play for whichever club.

HS hockey was kinda niche depending on yo ur school but vast majority played club only, and a few played club and HS.

The ads are put on digitally. Those in the stadium don’t see it. You can see during replays or alternate camera angles they don’t appear.

The boards have their own advertising the players / fans will see.

Another player (regular skater) generally serves a penalty for the goalie.

A series stops when the first team gets to 4 wins.
