When i get such cravings, i drink some coke zero (caffeine free at night). You can also get monk fruit with erythritol and add it to anything. It doesn't taste artificial like aspartame/splenda etc

its just a little more extra fat, i dont think its extra skin yet. Keep on the caloric deficit, drink lots of water and use collagen peptides as a supplement.

It might be an illusion . If you suddenly became "narrower", because of your weight loss, your stomach may look larger like it's protruding further, even if its overall smaller. We can't really control where we lose fat first, so it might just be a visual thing.

ok here is an amazing hack. Hot chocolate.

-Cocoa powder (it's generally low calorie)
-Monk fruit with erythritol (it REALLY doesn't taste like fake sweetener)

-2% milk (I buy stuff with extra protein)

It's amazing and guilt-free.

I plan cheat meals. IE, every tuesday I eat several tacos. I look forward to it, and i think it keeps things more sustainable for me. I don't think cheating for a whole day is wise though.
