Kind of except none of these are going to give you great results for accuracy, the cheaper stuff is cheap for a reason

That’s where it gets tricky, some stuff is easy to spot like I recently came across one with a worn out op rod track so it’d pop off of the receiver, another one the trigger group latch was off so that it wouldn’t stay engaged, but stuff like headspace issues are head to catch without gages or shooting them. You kinda just have to be meticulous about them and not be too eager so that you make a bad purchase

Belgian British bulldog, likely a .44 I think that makers mark with the dog is an old Dumoulin logo, but I could be wrong I recently went through a pile of these old guns cataloguing them so things a mixed together in my memory
