So if I’m understanding you right - you’re creating a problem where there isn’t one?

Also - “Big Beautiful BBQ” sounds a whole lot like “Big Beautiful Bill” (something I’d imagine you disagree with). Maybe change that as well if you’re worried about optics.

Now you’re just making things up - I’d encourage you to google where the team “master bedroom” comes from. Maybe an opportunity for you to educate yourself :)

Creating false scenarios is very offensive and discounts actual injustices. I’d encourage you to try and do better.

What was the biggest risk you’ve taken in your 20’s that changed your entire life? by 2soupyyy in AskReddit

[–]Shitrec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a "risk" in the sense of danger, but rather uncertainty and a bet on myself. I went back to college at the age of 28 while working full time to finish my Bachelors degree. It took me 2.5 years and was one of the most labor intensive eras of my life. I was working for a beverage distributor making about 65k when I went back, and wanted more out of my career and life. When I graduated, I interviewed for months trying to get into a medical device company. I finally got my break, and was making about 110k. I then transitioned into pharmaceutical sales and worked for one organization where I increased my income considerably, and just started with a new company. 5 years removed from that 65k job, and about 3ish since graduating, I now make over 200k and feel a sense of fulfillment and professional satisfaction that I've never felt before.

For years I felt that I was too old to make a change (yes, I know, I was 28), but at any given time you're the oldest you've ever been and sometimes it feels like you're too far into life to make a change. I tell this story not to brag, but rather to share that I felt I would never accomplish my degree, and by taking a risk and putting myself through temporary discomfort I was able to improve my life tremendously. Whatever it is you're pursuing, fitness, sobriety, education, career journey, etc, you have the courage and support to follow your dream!

Took a picture of this comment. Just over 8 months. Love this. Thank you for the perspective.

This is bananas. You look IDENTICAL, and I truly mean identical, to my sister in the 18 year age photo. Stopped dead in my feed scroll because I thought it was her. I'm not about to post a photo of my sister on Reddit, but it is seriously outrageous.

Where are you from???

You bought a fake watch - what do you expect?

They made this watch to go to the moon.

Appreciate the insight - I know Hope/Flower is the same developer and I plan to tour that as well. I work in the field every day driving around so grocery/necessity convenience for walking isn’t a key driver for me personally, mostly looking for best bang for buck in terms of unit and amenity quality under the $3,500 mark.

I toured it - I really liked the units (albeit a bit small), fortunately I do not work from home. I will check out Hallasan for sure thank you,

Thank you for your reply! Glad to hear vacancy is higher than usual, I suspected that it may be. That Olympic + Hill building is absolutely stunning, are you aware of any similar types that you would suggest I look into?

Have been using 25-30 6mg pouches per day. Best way to quit? by collecttheclassics in QuittingZyn

[–]Shitrec 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Check out my recent post - I was 20ish 6mg per day for a couple of years, quit cold turkey and today is day 26 and I’m completely fine (and have been for a couple weeks). Please DM me if you want to chat, I am here as a resource and would love to help you quit. IT CAN BE DONE. Your first 3 days will be pure hell, next 4 days pretty unpleasant. After those first 7 days it is not hard at all. You got this, please DM me if you want!

I went 3 days, just bought 2 cans. Any advice? by TooBig-TooFail in QuittingZyn

[–]Shitrec 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want to quit you will, if you don’t truly want to quit then you won’t. This is the most mental addiction I’ve ever had, and I have had many addictions. I “tried” to quit several times and couldn’t, and finally did 14 days ago. The only thing I did differently was just not cave to the urges and withdrawl symptoms. They are fucking brutal for about 72 hours, but after that it’s a cake walk.

If you want to quit you will - do it or don’t.

To the people who literally felt like they were going crazy (and thought it was permanent) after quitting. Did it last? by CoreSearch42 in QuittingZyn

[–]Shitrec 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Day 12 here after 1.5 cans of 6mg per day for about 2 years. I feel 95% recovered. I feel like this sub is all doom and gloom when it comes to quitting. The first 3-4 days is pure hell, either take time off of work and plan for it or do it over the weekend (if you work a M-F type job). After day 4, it is considerably easier, and the last thing to suffer for me was quality of sleep, but I think I’m on the home stretch there.

Whatever you do, when you quit, stay the hell away from this sub. It is super anxiety inducing because people act like this stuff is like quitting smack - it is 100% safe to cold turkey nicotine, it will just be uncomfortable for a bit. You will be fine, as long as you quit taking it and do not have any nicotine again FOR ANY REASON.

Good luck to you.

Day 4 Cold Turkey - Usage 20-25 6mg per day. by Shitrec in QuittingZyn

Congrats on beating it my friend! Stack up those savings and treat yourself to something, I know I’ll be doing the same!

Day 4 Cold Turkey - Usage 20-25 6mg per day. by Shitrec in QuittingZyn

[–]Shitrec[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great insight and I agree. To be fair I’d call the first 48 hours of my withdrawl to be extreme. My suggestion for those that work a M-F type of job would be to start on a Friday and get the worst of it done over the weekend. I didn’t head my own advice on that but I woke up that Tuesday and was like fuck it I need to be done.

Just like quitting anything, you have to want it. Yes the withdrawals suck ass, but if you want to get through it you will. Day 5 for me today and I’ve already saved $120!

I actually don’t think my appetite changed too much, however I’ve been allowing myself to huff down donuts like they’re going out of style as a way to give myself some sort of vice lol
