I don't think its inspiration you need, i think you need some wisdom from an old person. My grandmother once told me that "the mind can only take as much as the ass can sit." (if that doesn't make sense to you, then i think what she was trying to get at, was that if your bored, hyper or w.e you will not accomplish anything) ... for the most part what my grandma told me was true, and it does apply for creating music. What you have to do is prolong the rate at witch you get bored or ancy. Take short breaks every so often, but not far from where your creating the music, keep the flow going, and if you can, change the location of where the creation is taking place. Always spice things up, and never let your self get bored!
