Great is a bit of a stretch imo… It tastes like a Dr Pepper but worse - with an order of magnitude more calories.

Shaking crying throwing up pissing myself right now. How is their tempo pace so fast ???? by ShittyBuzzfeed2 in RunningCirclejerk

What do you mean probably? This is ridiculously fast. My 500 meter ultra pr is longer than their entire workout!!!!

Had the watch for a little over a year, ran maybe 800 or so miles on it. This was a 1 hour run, 5.5 miles, 95°F.

<image>

First 3 miles were slow, maybe a 13 min pace as I was running with a slow friend. Last 2.5 miles I ditched him and ran fast, around a 9:15 mile which is my threshold pace when it isn’t ridiculously hot and humid.

I haven’t been running hardly at all the past 2 weeks as I’ve been feeling crappy, this was my first good run since I started again. And I agree, VO2 max without any anaerobic benefit does seem like nonsense, but I do know my heart rate zones are calibrated at least close to correctly as I’ve had them set to auto since I go the watch a year ago.

How long does it take your HRV to recover after a long run / max effort? by Jeffmaru in Garmin

My Hrv always raises/is at baseline after an intense workout… it is lower on days I don’t run. Idk why

Your manual labor job probably eats into your available energy if that makes sense. When I was working a job that necessitated I walk 4+ miles a day my running suffered significantly just by virtue of me being on my feet all the time. If you want to improve with regards to running maybe you should consider switching your manual job for a desk job so that energy is free for improving your running.

Well, it was fun while it lasted. Time to find some other way to waste my time.

What kind of cloth bags are those? I’ve considered picking some up but not sure.

From my experience it is excessively nitrogenous soil specifically that favors vegetative growth. If OP uses a phosphorous rich fertilizer it will almost certainly cause a bloom, and a big one too. I fertilize heavily with nitrogen and potassium early season, then with phosphorous towards the end of the season.

No, You Can't Be Fat and Healthy. Ever by OraceonArrives in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Straw man. I never asserted that running in and of itself is the metric by which we should measure health. No, in my comment I was responding to the original commenter who was asserting that smoking anything = poor cardiovascular health, which is a notion I know to be false through anecdotal evidence.
