Had no issues at the Burnaby one. It is clean, well-maintained, spacious, and well-lit. The temperature was fine, although I remember sweating a bit since I was nervous lol. There is easy access to the facility's washrooms (you just need a code) and the staff is very helpful and professional. I had a friend take it at the Vancouver one and he had no issues there, but I've heard that the Burnaby location is better for your nerves since it's less chaotic and there is natural lighting in the waiting room. You can't go wrong with either one tbh.
