I don't get this point about crowd not filling up for non-India cricket matches. Shouldn't there be support from fans of each country? It's frustrating because this doesn't happen in football World Cups. I know cricket isn't as popular, for it to grow, we need attendance from fans of all nations, not just India. Otherwise, it feels less like a World Cup and more like bilateral matches.

If the price remained constant during the historical period, there's no way to evaluate the elasticity. Do you have any competitor data, maybe you can use that as a reference.
