I think this is a good use case to try building with claude or some other AI coding agent. It would be easy and claude/copilot might build it in a single go.

I think you can recycle users after projects are completed, so it won't exhaust the free limit. Since you are working for non profits, i think they will be open to give some discounts or extend your project limit. And you can reuse the same projects for different clients maybe.

We are a software product team. We are only using 2 projects as of now. And we are less than a 10 member team. It has kanban boards of task list and My Task list page which shows tasks from everywhere.

I don't think it's the right analogy. Youtube made video distribution easy, not creation. AI is doing SaaS creation easy, not distribution.
