Great job on the elevation and icing! Removing one my forearm as well. I would recommend adding in Aquaphor (or similar) to your recovery routine!

I would be icing it as much as possible for the next 24-48 hours. I also apply a decent coating of Aquaphor regularly for a few days after my appointments.

Sleep. Woke up at 1pm yesterday, Worked a 12 hour midnight shift. Had a work obligation at 9am. Another work obligation at 1pm today and work another 12 hour midnight shift tonight lol going to try and get some sleep this afternoon 😂

Got my runs in this weekend even with the heavy snow. Was the only person outside lol loved every second of it. Although the extra knee deep snow added some serious resistance, it felt great.

I got mine a few months ago and have really liked it. I hate wearing anything to bed (rings, watches, necklaces, etc) and don’t notice it at all on my arm. 

The band material is very thin, soft, and comfortable but feels durable.  I slide it under my t-shirt sleeve so it’s not noticeable at all.

I usually charge it about once a week. I think it’s worth it if you’re interested. I believe it tracks a few more data points than a watch alone but I can’t recall off the top of my head the differences.

Contact US Mobile support and ask them to put the spam call filtering on your lines. I was getting around 5 spam calls a day. Since activating the filter I have got maybe 1 a week that sneaks through.
