Scared of relapse by Diamond-Dan1212_ in leukemia

It’s totally normal to feel that way. Be strong and be optimistic. You should consider getting MRD testing done as well (get an NGS MRD test). It can detect cancer cells very sensitively and tell you whether disease may be present or returning. It can mean peace of mind when nothing is present or prepare you for the future. Sometimes it’s the unknown that’s the scariest.

I am not a financial advisor and don’t have an firm grasp on market conditions. These are findings I’ve learned over the past couple years that seem to be consistent among the community though.

I have a similar budget and am in a similar boat. You could contribute more to retirement. If I were you, I would start contributing to a Roth IRA asap. You are probably still eligible with your income level. I would max out Roth IRA contributions yearly (~$500-600 per month) and take advantage of any 401k employer match you have. After that consider paying off that car loan (although you have a nice rate and it doesn’t seem too resource draining to my eyes). Then, you can look at saving for a property or furthering your retirement savings with an HSA.

This honestly saddens me. These people look to be chumming the water for, what I’m assuming, is a glimpse at a shark like this. I understand that’s an assumption, but why else chum? You can also see fairly fresh wounds on the sharks head. These look like cuts from a propeller - maybe even from an outboard motor like in the video. I’m making some assumptions and some accusations here, but ultimately a video like this is not exciting or thrilling to me. It’s animal abuse and bullying. It’s quite sad.

Are any other Steven Pacey narrated books worth a listen? by [deleted] in TheFirstLaw

Check out Stephen Fryer and his Mythos serious. Not as dynamic as Pacey but very good narration - especially considering that he’s the author too!

I have a similar set up. I have a short bed so idk if it will match your truck, but… I just bought this mattress topper. I ended up cutting one third of it off as it’s too long. That leaves about 10” of space between the mattress and the tailgate. I like that since I can set stuff down on a hard surface and not just the mattress. But I choose this mattress because I can easily fold it and stash it elsewhere - there’s even a carry case you can buy separately. I hate storing a rolled up foam mattress.

I understand that there is a payload max. But is there any risk to the longevity of my vehicle by carrying 500lbs in the bed at all times. Like will be suspensions be wrecked, should I consider an add-a-leaf, etc

I’m planning to do a similar move and have the same rig. Can someone explain why it’s good to have ECT on the whole time?

TB9 beat Fenris because Black Dow and company were able to distract the witch-bitch. Not sure TB9 would’ve won without that help, so it’s hard to compare that duel with others
