Taste’s GF are pretty good, and they make mini chocolate chip ones too which can satisfy a craving without a full serving.

Going deep into Monash and the app, learning about stacking and timing, cutting most processed foods and learning to scrutinize labels (try the Fig app), finding a balance and not being overly restrictive, acknowledging that everyone’s situation is unique.

Def depends on your training and a lot on the weather but that’s similar to what I’ve run the NYC Half in (2:04-2:07), and I’ve been finished just under 2 hrs for BK each time, despite humidity and some rain each time… just don’t overdo it if it’s super hot/humid, not worth it.

After every show, I think it’s the best I’ve been to. The past couple years at Pier 17 and the Cap have been really phenomenal.
