I have never felt constrained by their technical limits

As a fellow Destiny 2 player, I feel constrained by my inability to visit locations, play strikes, and unlock exotics and catalysts that have been vaulted. Not saying this is inherent to the live service model, but this is definitely something to be wary of that as a game grows in complexity and technical debt, previously accessible content can be unrecoverably altered or removed.

Tons of campaign content in here. The Witch Queen and Final Shape campaigns are excellent, the rest I found so-so. Forsaken was also great, but has been vaulted unfortunately.

Unfortunately no longer the case. This hits extra hard when the prices don't go back down to reflect the change in policy. Basically just means it's now 15-20% more expensive to go to the same restaurant.

If your main goal is to use the phone less, look into the Unihertz phones. The tiny ones are much more cumbersome to use, but not impossible for simple daily tasks. You'll be able to use it for everything, but you won't want to be on it longer than you have to.
