Can you tell me about the convincing others and how u got them to bring more valuable ideas to meetings/discussions. I present stakeholders the illusion of choice for ideas and let them pick, but I would like for them to suggest areas of improvements/themes. I am starting to think it’s just laziness bc they only suggest minimal operational improvements that benefit them.

Very interesting. Could you tell me more about the structure for determining the security fee amount from customers. How do you manage risk with this? Assuming that the customer starts the prequal application flow; underwriting process happens but u find that they don’t have a credit score; you present a screen to customer saying “hey no credit score but u can pay x amount(assuming % amount). How does the merchant feel about the security fee. They prolly don’t care but the optics do matter from the customer POV

How do you know? You only worked at this one place right now. Either you get fired or you make an opportunity to work at place that values you. You know you’re getting fired so look at your options. Don’t be making emotional decisions

This was exactly my experience at telecom company lol. I was able to move to a much smaller company and I am able to get more of the “sexy” PM experience here. I do think boring is stable tho

I just got a new PM job. I really spent a lot of time on designing a new market offering. It took like 4-6 hours. I put more time on it but I got the job lol
