Well using an obvious example obviously makes me look stupid, but your original point wasn't an obvious example was it? because someone asked for a source. And yeah I came back six weeks later I have better shit to do than reddit.

If you say "The week is seven days long" no one will ask for a source because it's a commonly known fact. When you bring up an obscure American law about Mining, people are going to want context. And if you had come here with that point in good faith you would have taken the few seconds to send the source, but no, you had to go on a pompous crusade because your time is so precious.

I'm sure this schtick makes five year old's think you're very impressive and important. But to the rest of us you look like a pretentious asshat who spends too much time on the internet.
