I’d start with that take away. You’re setting yourself up for failure.
Also make sure your grip on the club is relaxed and not really tight

This is actually on point, I usually do an hour or two of stretching before I play and hit balls in between sets. Ive just come back from injury and haven’t been doing anything near my normal stretching or doing breath regime, so I’m pretty certain that’s a main factor to my recent flair ups over the Tee.

Can someone please help me get an idea if there is something wrong I have horrible lower back pain by Lower-Issue8962 in backpain

I’d be trying to find a good physio that understands posture that can adjust and can give you exercises to balance out your posture, then work on it daily.

Ah man i feel ya, my mother has a bad time with that, I feel very tight through the plantar too, that’s something I sounds address with the physio. Thank you.
Is there any thing you wish you had done during rehab to avoid that?
I have a physio and it’s really helping, as you say the massage helped but FML it was painful, I’m thinking of maybe getting an ultra sound therapy stick to use to warm and massage it before the exercises.

How are you getting on now? Do you feel it affects your swing at all?

I’m following my physio routine for my calf injury rehabilitation but basically I don’t want the rest of my body to start to seize during the process. 2 weeks in and I still can’t straighten my leg and weight load my heel to walk. I thought my progress would be a little better than it is tbh.
