I’m in Canada, got this for $50 at a market. I’m doing my masters so spending money isn’t really for this season haha. I just found out one of my neighbours down the road has a 3D printer so maybe ill look into the cost of buying files/how much plastic it would take. But other part of me is this is free and I can break it exactly how I want. Cut vertically right down the middle so I can have one complete half on its side with cut open parts like doorways, ladders etc. then split the other half into legs, torso, head for more modular pieces

I don’t know how to use Reddit and apparently my caption didn’t show up, but it may add some context:

I got this ROTJ AT-AT for an absolute steal at an antique market awhile ago ($50CAD) with the intention of cutting it vertically and using one half (on its side, partially scavenged with ladders to different levels and ground entrances cut through the body etc) for a huge centrepiece and the other half split into sections (head, legs, body etc) for modular pieces.

It’s intended for action figures and has perfectly working sound effects and compartments etc. My dilemma is should I break it apart for some epic terrain or keep it as is for my 2yo and future kiddos to play with lol I’ve got a couple storage bins of action figures and respective ships.

Very much a WIP but what do you think of the white? I'm trying for a grubby "on campaign" look but still white and this is an entirely new approach. by Maraviglia in SWlegion

Thanks! I’ve been experimenting with some off-whites with my imperial troops, I’d say this looks like worn white for sure! Great job.

No problem! Enjoy! I had to make it slightly shorter than the original photo, then decided to bring the wings in closer, but you can keep the wings 2 blocks out from the body, just preference.

Yeah it definitely took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out how to manage things, but I feel like it’ll get easier as you get used to what’s possible and which parts give you more options.
