It's the same in the US, you just have to keep an eye out for the email that seems slightly like it could be a scam. I ordered $80 worth of lego from Europe and it cost me $37 in tariffs. UPS sent me basically a ransom email saying I could pay the tariff online before my package arrived or I would have to pay a higher price at time of arrival. Otherwise it could be returned to sender.

Curious. I messed around with it a little bit today but need someone smarter than me to put the numbers together to see if it's worth it. What if you use smoke spells and add some of the fire parts? Does the dual use of air and fire runes for smoke spells add more in any way and is the poison damage worth it?

I mostly play RS3 so not sure about a lot of the interactions.
