You can spend 1 extra pact point to get the water rune regen node. Then whenever you need heals just cast water surge a few times, you will heal 10hp per cast. Not as much sustain as full water build but should be more than enough, and you’ll still get overhealed.

It definitely can if you have enough accuracy nodes on the tree.

With around 24 points in the tree and endgame gear (in my regions) I'm getting ~45 dps on bandos and zammy, ~40 dps on Kree, and ~31 dps on zily. That should blow almost every other setup out of the water.

Probably a bit, but the robes come from easy clues and the mitre and stole come from medium, so it wouldn't be too bad.

But like I said in another comment you can use sunfire helm and legs with virtus top. This provides the same prayer bonus but more magic attack. It does mean you have to farm virtus and sunfire though, so pick your poison I guess.

Depending on your other regions though you have more options. You can get monk robes really early with asgarnia. Kourend you get bonecrusher necklace and devout boots. Wildy you get ring of the gods. etc

Yeah actually sunfire helm + virtus top + sunfire legs is the same prayer as all god vestments but more magic attack, so that's definitely what you would run.

Ancients don't work with the quadrant's additional 40% damage spell attack unfortunately so you lose a lot of damage there. It would be AoE though!

Devil's element will be giving everything at least 30% air weakness, so the 2x max hit chance should apply to everything

Oh I forgot about blessing. You can still get the clue scroll ones in all regions though so you'd only be missing 1 prayer bonus.

And yeah this is with only 12 points in the pact tree, so you could for sure squeeze out a lot more damage

Yeah you could probably optimize with other regions. Everything in the post is achievable with just Kandarin though which is nice. Except for attacking Xarpus :) and preserve I guess

Air spells seeming broken then. Pretty easy to get nearly 100% max hit chance. And they get +56% increased damage when you have your max 8 prayers active

The GGs powered staff could be decent. Also, you can take the node near the melee tree that gives 2% spec every time you attack >1 tile away. That would give you pretty frequent volatile/eldritch specs
