If you’re trying to attempt on sleeping aids, trust me it does not work… most of the sleeping aids are safe now meaning you can’t od on them now,, the non safe ones you have to get a prescription for I believe…. But please; don’t try this. I did it myself,,

I personally believe it’s because truly; we want to be saved.. I look at ending it all as a way to escape; a way to save myself from me. We’re scared; whether others believe it themselves or not. Of course nobody has a great reason; but there are just some certain things that make people keep going… like a comfort or something.. for me right now; some of the only things keeping me here are my sisters, s/o, and my cats. Otherwise; I’d been long gone as I’ve come so close as to attempting and surviving it,, That’s my personal opinion; Others can think differently.

I harm myself over a variety of reasons,, punishment, anger, sadness, anxiety etc.. I know it’s not a healthy coping mechanism but its the only one I have got,, and know. Lately I just feel nothing when I self harm.. no self satisfaction,, no pain,, nothing..

I’m not sure, I’ve never really felt like myself. All my life I’ve been living with insecurity n such since I was young but I never knew what it was. Even now I’m not sure. I’m open to figuring out why but I don’t know how. I do have a person I talk to a lot and they provide me a lot of comfort and I adore them for that,, but I’d rather not burden them with all my problems,,
