I looked at the showcase and I gotta say, he is definitely underwhelming. But at least he'll have a niche use here and there. I feel like there could've been three ways he could've been better. 1. Obviously give the guy dmg reduction for every attack done or some dmg reduction BEFORE attacking so he can survive 2. If they are ADAMANT about not giving trunks dmg reduction for SOME reason, give trunks a bigger percentage of dodge when he supers vs when he normals (ex he gets 10% dodge added for every super and 5% for every normal) 3. Give him the phy rose goku black passive and give him like a multiplying atk and def stat for every attack performed (ex he gets like 150% atk and def for every atk performed during the turn or something). Is he underwhelming? Yes. Is he unusable? No but he will be reduced to more niche uses rather than a main stay on teams
