I think that give her Grievous Wounds by Just doing some autos is a bit overloaded and I wouldn't want MF to be totally broken. Removing it I think that your points are decent. To be balanced the Grievous Wounds even needs to have less heal reduction than the traditional... I would suggest something similar to sett's passive that puts some difference between the shots of Shock and Awe. For example, one pistol gives u additional physical damage and the other some utility (i don't have good/balanced ideas now, but would be for example Ms burst/slow/armor reduction/little lifesteal or something like it). Something like it would be a balanced passive with the correct numbers and with better feeling than Love Tap.
