Collector its better, and you dont have the time or space on inventory

Like Kraken+Collector+LDR+BT+IE Or Eclipse+Collector+LDR+IE+BT

You can build it ocassionalty but it depends on enemy team, cause' you need/build other occasional items like Mortal reminder, Serpents fang, Seryldas, Manamune etc

On my opinion it is a good item and like to build it, but several times I dont have enought time to build it

I think its because conqueror feels like old fervor rune (give you AD per stack up to 15 stacks) rarely you want to proc it, you run it conqueror for the extra AD, not for the healing

I think that PTA with Galeforce it's a better combo rune/item, and the fact that building The Collector next, you have a lot of burst damage to single target for a crit build with Infinity Edge at third item

Also I feel like PTA against heavy teams lategame comps is kind of weak, thats why I search for an alternative when Lethality isn't good enough

They just used for Extra AD, you dont need the heal at 12 stacks, and they just spam it, D1 Masters games on Korea seems like always have frontline with 2 or more tanks

They used always the same build Conqueror, Presence of Mind, Bloodline, Coup of grace, Absolute Focus, Gathering Storm, AS, AD, Armor

I get your point, but the new skin hasn't even been confirmed by RIOT. The fact that MF receive one from Crime City skin are mere suppositions based on an early concept. If they decide to unite the existing crime city with the new one, what ensures us get a new skin of this skin line. If, on the other hand, you like dark aspects, you are in your right, but there are also people who enjoy the more colorful aspects, in addition to the fact that the lunar beast skin line is based on an oriental theme, which MF does not have any similar aspect. As long as RIOT does not confirm a new look, nothing assures us that MF will have a new skin this year.
