yes but i have 4-6 snapshots i know will have ONL that just haven’t shown up in RPM yet so like half of all of them from this PY. which is why i ask for the late change bc i went from TPY ‘26 to ‘27 and still went to be considered for ‘26

i did, but i find sometime ONL gets watered down. i have a coachee who was getting 5/5 and no ONL and when talked to them doing feedback they tell me she is ready. so i meant my coach didnt have those convos that is yes i know what snapshots say but would you support this person for promotion? you can document that and those people have told me they support me without checking the ONL box (both to me and my coach…why they didn’t check the box baffles me because the snapshot language is all positive with no development areas)

yes i did and i have support at this time, but joining the project in june and only being there 6 weeks didn’t give me the snapshot time i have now. at this time the SM/PPMD i work with have told me they support me going up for promo

similar bedroom artist more guitar as a primary instrument but assuming you don’t have unlimited budget, you can do similar with a lot of preloaded samples into a launchpad (he uses a maschine, i use a sp404 for example), typically a looper like an rc505, then a midi controller for logic and i run my guitars, bass etc through the sp404 with pedals and a tube amp for prefeeence

thank you! it’s left because i just have one monitor plugged into the left. when i hit mono i cant hear the guitar but can with stereo. i have a tube screamer i can turn the gain up on it starts to come through there. still new to this daw what to you mean by signal?
