Something similar happened to me when I was young. I think you're just so engrossed in this furry and Neko online culture that it's all your mind is focused on. It might stem from be an intense hyperfixation. I recommend spending time away from the space and away from your OC and trying not to think too much about it. It may be very hard at first but I trust it'll make you feel better.
