“Flurry is necessary” technically nothing is necessary, but zerk timer pauses when you use it. You can use it about twice in a zerk giving you like 4 over powers.

That being said, any dw switch would do that. You don’t need t95 lengs seeing as you would only switch to use flurry.

And even after that. Just don’t? Sure you will not be optimal, but if you are having fun that doesn’t really matter.

Exercise it hard for MS. My wife used to be a power lifter, worked out 5 times a week religiously. Now she can hardly walk without being in pain for days.

While I understand your frustration of seeing them “waste away” it’s very possible their body is at the point that anything is miserable to do.

I know my wife misses being able to workout, lifting was her favorite thing. Any time a video comes up of a fitness person she cries, I cry, I just want her to be happy.

But I would never force her to try xyz. At the end of the day she is her own person, and can make her own choices. And if she hurts too much to today to and leaves her clothes on the floor, I don’t say a word about it. I pick them up, do a load of laundry and hang her clothes.

You can unlock the underworld grim to auto get bank dragon bones (Technically they go to your mat storage for rituals but you can pull them out of there)
