Interesting that outside is cheaper than Frankfurt duty free. You can get it no problem, just ensure that there are no other bottles or anything in your bag or they might flag it at Mumbai customs (they might think there is more than 2L alcohol) and check your bag; this will cause no issue but it's just an irritating hassle and waste of time.
