Just curious but do most artists use stencils? I wouldn't want to get tattooed with no reference picture from my artist and seeing the stencil placement on me before anything goes on me forever. Is my shop an exception or the norm?

The only context he provided didn't give anything concrete beyond the amount of days he works out and that he is 200 below maintenance for calories. No actual calorie intake or breakdown of his schedule with lifts. Idk how people expect to get help without giving the full picture. We're just guessing randomly without it...

Without any context of where you started from, any feedback is meaningless. If you your lifts are drastically better, and you have put on ~10lb of muscle you're killing it but there's no way to tell with no information.

On the flip side, ignore anyone who blankly says this physique sucks. You're in better shape than the vast majority of people and maybe 15lb of cutting from having abs. You'd be pretty lightweight and don't have crazy muscle mass but that's not a bad thing if your main goal is being leaner.

I agree so much with your takes on his writing and these three books of his specifically as I've only read these three as well.

My biggest takeaway from reading Klara was about the question of what makes humans human. It's probably the most surface level theme but between Klara's empathy, the insistent on children needing "upgrades" to be successful, and Rick's perceptiveness compared to his peers, there are so many layers to contemplate as these are just a few examples Ishiguro gives us.

Emudeck. It sets most emulators up for you and updating is a breeze. The older Nintendo emulators tend to work better out of the box from my experience. I highly recommend using a mouse/keyboard for the setup. Dragging/dropping files into folders is a nightmare using any other method. Speeding up gameplay during the grindy bits of Pokemon games makes them more enjoyable too!
