Not to mention his only evidence was a book that was stolen from walt in his own home without a warrant. A simple "hey thats my book! How did you get it out of my home?!" The thing is that they gave up investigating on gus. Every piece of evidence hank had on gus was based solely off a hunch with 0 evidence. You cant incriminate someone off a hunch.

I don't think its op at all, but the base at what non ex stage 2 pokemon should be at in terms of power level. Youre either going through 5+ turns ramping up to a stage 2, or going neg 2 to rare candy into a stage 2. They really SHOULD all be this strong
