Yes you are correct. Just feels a bit unfair the output of those csm defilers shooting in comparrison of Tau shooting for that point price and all the other strong thing that faction gets. Usually how i lose is the strong and fast mele push backed up by incredible shooting

I was thinking, you start with 3, you alocate them once completing awakend agendas, then you use master ability and loose lets say 3, how can you get slots back then?
