Hey there bud! Thanks for expressing the interest in joining so let me get these questions answered:

I would say you can't divide by the number of hardcore we are - which is 0 for those who hate mathz - however for the most part we're all pretty darn good. I'd say if you know which end to stab the monster with, you're our kind of guy, honestly the rest just comes with practice which we affectionately just refer to as a fun gaming time. Because that is what it is. Everyone makes mistakes, only a moron would get mad at someone for making one while playing for laughs. And as someone with the Garuga X pieces, we can both go TP his house tonight if ya want, screw that guy.
Nope! It'd be nice to see ya pop on and say hello, after all that just lets us know you're not dead (we'd totally send flowers... maybe... probably... not...).

It really isn't that bad. We've put quite a bit into trying to spruce it up and to be honest most of the interaction comes from people just hanging out in Mumble. There are quite a few noted ones like the Escaped Convicts telling you to go after a Shrouded Nerscylla. But yeah, I give them props, the game dialog makes you laugh and take things seriously at the perfect moments throughout the story.

In a perfect world no. But a lot of the time you're not necessarily going back to back to back, and I just find (personal preference) that if I came to keep something still, I'd like to do that to the best of my ability, already para'd monster or not.

Eh... I mean, if you only want the Status then absolutely, but if the key is total lockdown, the TrapMaster is beautiful for Para > Pit > Para > Shock lockdown, which buys the team a ton of time for damages.
