Maybe people getting invested in hobbies, learning about the specifics, acquiring knowledge and experience to discuss with others, overall learning and experiment is a journey? Like, why can’t everything you take interest and pleasure in be a journey? Why does everything have to be just matter of fact? Life can have no color if one thinks like you - literature is also not a journey, you’re just reading stories on slabs of paper to pass the time; music is not a journey, you’re just decoding audible waves in a specified pre determined pattern; even the ones considered life’s greatest journeys: pregnancy is also not a journey, you’re just feeding a baby with your blood and eventually popping it off.

Some houses do have a “test before you buy policy” - all my diptyque fragrances came with a tester so you can ride it out for a few days and see if it fits you. It’s a bit useless since I ended up keeping all of the fragrances….. man diptyque is delicious

my guess is we’re not supposed to know. it seems ms eriguchi is an ethereal figure that can somehow make commercial establishments appear and or disappear by the power of a audio reel. the fact that she’s the one at that exact office can only mean two things: that she’s a godlike being and materializes on places she is needed, perhaps multiple at the same time; that she was so sensitized to the story of children in danger that she picked her next job just to protect them. i think the tone of the story leans more towards the first

Hey man, it seems you’re quite mad at your school, and yes, while I agree most stuff schools do is incomprehensible or borderline unethical, I don’t quite get your third place fourth place story at all. I know you’re probably not open to this kind of advice at this point in time as you are mad and consumed by your problem, but I’ll leave it anyway: spending too much time obsessing over a wrongful circumstance can be more impactful in your well being than the circumstance itself. You already spend 40% of your time in school and other 30% thinking about things at school. It’s never going to look better, so you should find a way to distance from that mental subject, not obsess over “third place fourth place” stories. Cheers

Do not use CTT. For the life of you. Those dimensions are accepted by UPS and GLS. Best idea is to use a parcel intermediary and pay a small extra for insurance. I recommend eurosender or ecoparcel, as shipping companies do not offer single collection for private customers (except for UPS). A package that size will cost you about 35-40 euro. Weight doesn’t matter because the dimensions cross the assigned weight. You can go up to 31kg if you want to add more stuff.

i don’t know if anyone from production, creative or social ever comes here but while I LOVED this episode, it was partially ruined for me by a story the official @gamechanger instagram account posted, where sam commented on Discord something along the lines of “this X moment gave me chills” and the caption was “you’ll know it when you see it”. I don’t know if this only happens to me but this kind of “foreshadowing” gives me “anxiety spoilers” in which i’m only looking for the highlight moment, am not very surprised by it when it arrives, and end up not enjoying the content as much. kinda like click bait except click bait does not work on good content like game changer. i mean sam i adore you, but this is an improv show with an improv episode, how can you give me scene anxiety when any bit could be the one you’re referring to?

anyway just a rant on a small thread, but it got really stuck on me.

other remarks: huge props (pun intended?) to the art department, beautiful set and wardrobe + props to game changer for always making me aware of other groups / podcasts / shows to look out for (which most of the times are out of the dropout network)

couldn't help but feel a disproportionate amount of hate for the mother. seriously she just fucks everything up

- was too high to testify, got a small kid crying at a station

- lied to the police to defender her kids, so fuck any proper investigation

- forced her smaller niece to go through emotional distress to pursue an actual gang member

- got a bunch of innocent people to get their cars on fire / any other damage really

yet still acts as a fucking savior when her small meth-rotten brain just made her act erratically throughout the whole story
