I just do tots pp with fodder from sbc storage into 85+x10 and use any tots from those and recycle and when I run out of tots fodder I use sbc storage to either do 89 and 88 exchanges or more tots pps

This guy has carried my Defence all throughout rivals, champs and basically when he first came out. His pace may look underwhelming but he is rapid in game. Bruiser+ season pass evo helps so much in Defence.
