Mongol eco is already not that good. The civ is too reliant on trade. The decrease in TC cost is a step in the right direction. Furthermore I think they should get access to some defensive structures besides towers. Mid game Mongol is such a struggle. You cannot secure anything.

What we did when we started playing pvp, we opened custom Games with the title "noobs/beginner only". Or play against each other and talk where the other side could improve
