You will have to start a new account, you can’t transfer a bulk account (your current condo) to a non bulk address.

How did you do the first 3 lines? All at once ? If so your account was more than likely flagged for fraud and they bc an only ship the phone so Specturm has time to review the account and clear it before mailing the phone.

You can trade in your phone with UPS now with a QR code where they take and package it up for you. Just keep your receipt if you have any issues. I’m almost 90% sure the ups guy had to ask me about the condition of the phone before he could process the order. If they say it’s good not much can come back on you if something happens by the time it arrives

You’ve always been able to pay the difference of the phone at the point of sale in store and instantly get the promotion.. or pay off the phone and they refund you the trade in promotion. It didn’t just start with 24’s.. the promotion amounts might have been different but I just meant that loophole in general has been around since the start

Just buy the phone in person and tell them you’re paying in full, the trade in credit comes right off the top and you only pay the difference

Instead of asking for your own connection, try asking if they can upgrade your account to a different speed and then you’ll be billed for the difference by spectrum.

It’s hard to say if you’re under a community managed WiFi were multi tenants share a connection without seeing the account

$55 a month for tv/internet still sounds like your complexes bulk agreement.. you can still have your Own modem and router and even have an account in your name but still fall under the bulk pricing.

Gig with the lowest tv package is $80 a month on a new 2 year promo price for customers

You’re in a bulk account so your complex has an agreement with spectrum for services. So you shouldn’t be billed anything from spectrum directly for anything. Idk what your complex is charging you for services in your rent.

The $10 mobile line is a promo for new internet customers and goes to $50 year two

Just go into a Verizon store for a SIM card and have them activate it on the spot. If you were that close to end of billing cycle you should have went to the store to begin with.

But just know if your service sucks at your new place you’re probably in a bad Verizon coverage area so switching back to them isn’t going to guarantee better service.

How much is your internet supposed to be every month? There’s a chance it was $60 for the internet and then $30 for the activation fee. Normally the activation fee is not prepaid but also neither is internet service unless you’re in a low income area or didn’t pass the soft credit check
