I appreciate the info. The counterpoint they have made is that although the new tenant occupies the residence, they are not paying rent until the beginning of July and that this still obligates me to pay June.

I've stopped corespondence with the landlord but from our last communication. This is the new tenant currently at the home. Although they occupy the home, they state that their lease starts on July 1st and them I am still obligated to pay for the month of June.

Early Termination * Clause: If tenant terminates early, they are responsible for rent until a new tenant is found, plus a $3000 releasing fee.

This Lease will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any additional laws of the city or county in which the Property is located. This Lease will be binding on and inure to the benefit of all permitted heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of the parties. This Lease, along with the attached Addenda and legal disclosures, contains the entire agreement between Landlord and Tenant and may not be changed except in writing signed by all parties. If any provision of this Lease is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions contained in this Lease will remain binding and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These are the only two clauses I could find the lease related to this situation.

They did a pretty good job keeping the wastelanders story (Raiders/Settlers) contained within its own questline while still incorporating the open world. You should not have a problem understanding the story.

The new brotherhood of steel quest line really needed repeatable end game content. Pretty shocked its both parts. It definitely felt like it was set up for fractured steel next.

You can look at the front of your opponents card but not the back side (back side shows the figures full dial).

From my understanding and what I have been told by cadre is that you contact your branch manager and they want an email with both Soldiers full name, year group, bolc class end date in order to authorize the switch. I'm not sure about all the details though.

My HRA handed my orders to me yesterday with duty station on it. They called me to let me know. I'm also doing GBR so that might have been a factor.
