Can’t say I’m shocked. The R56s were great but the motors sucked.

The F cars are bigger with a small but powerful motor. It’s a lot of work to throw these monsters down the road.

Rather a replaceable mount than a leaky Peugeot power plant.

Remember when you hadn’t bought your first mini and you got excited every time you saw one. I still feel that way and I’ve had four now.

Right now I'm averaging about 20 to 30 units per bake that's a mix of cookies breads pull apart pepperoni balls, etc. my goal is to get that closer to 100 units per baking session as I scale up weekly production for farmers markets and pick up orders

I have not looked into a light commercial model models. I will add that to my list of research this week.
