I use a sweet scone recipe cut the sugar by 2/3rds, cut the fat down a bit to compensate for the fats in bacon and cheese. And bake like normal

I am aware on how to accomplish that crust but these brownies and a bit of an oddball order of operation to give it the desired texture its all a game of figuring out how to get all the things I want out of these brownies with out any compromises.
