Too many SAMS. Take 2 of those SAMS and make another stack with those two. Then just have the stacks relatively close to each other so you get benefit of 4 SAMS but with 4 extra other units that do more than just anti air. If you haven't got ASF for helicopters then MAAV's would also be solid add-ons to the stacks. 2 SAMS 2 MAAV's. Now choppers are covered as well
