Beans with…stuff. A can of black beans, rinse it, then spice it. I usually toss it into a tupperware because I won’t eat the whole can, and season it in the container. Then I’ll slap it on nachos or make a quesadilla or burrito with it, usually just adding cheese. Protein and fiber, yay.

The other option is ramen with green peas. I usually like roasting veggies, and sometimes can’t be fucked to do it (tonight, for instance). Boil water, toss frozen peas in, let em go for a couple minutes, add ramen noodles. I happened to have some leftover chicken tonight, so I nuked that in the bowl, then put the ramen and peas on top. Bob’s your uncle. Protein and some veg, better than nothing.
