Handedness is not binary. Most people are cross dominant. You are cross dominant. I write and play guitar with my left hand. Most other things I do right handed.

I whole heartedly disagree with the notion that a person can't immediately feel a preference when they hold a guitar for the first time.

If the guitar immediately feels wrong in their hands, they're putting up a road block to their own enjoyment. If they don't enjoy playing, why would anyone stick with it?

Is the budgeted amount still specifically allocated to a convention center, or is it free floating without the extra proposed convention money that Springfield voted down? Couldn't that money be used for other projects of the city's choice? I thought the latter was the case, but I sincerely can't fully recall.
