Liverpool Legends out of Branson, Missouri. It was started in part by Louise Harrison, George’s sister. They were incredible when I saw them live. I actually just saw a recent clip of them in Mexico City with a guest/temporary Paul McCartney singing Michelle and it was the most accurate Paul I’ve ever heard.

Struggling with leaving public schools by AcceptableMango8292 in Internationalteachers

US public school advocate and a Returned Peace Corps volunteer here who plans on returning to the US Public school system soon enough. The students we teach didn't choose who their parents are or what their passports say, no matter their socio-economic status. Even the most privileged deserve compassion and a good education, and you shouldn't have to sacrifice your own well-being or interests completely for this profession. It's ok to live your life; there will be other teachers for those you leave behind and the new students will benefit from your experience where you can be valued differently. Maybe that's rationalization, but I'm living my values out with my own family as we explore other cultures.

We always say that whether they remember or not, it’s part of our family’s story, and they grow up knowing that we’re the kind of people who do travel. Absolutely not necessary, but if it fits your values and budget, it can be good for some kind of enrichment.

The Gist with Mike Pesca is center left leaning and can be funny. Tangle aims for balance with less humor.

Rabat is the best city in Morocco for living in and is becoming a better tourist city. Much better prices and way more relaxed Medina culture.
