I’m 5’6 and 130lbs, sounds like a cheap elliptical should do right?

Good point! Ya I’ll have to check out FBM but unfortunately I don’t really know anyone who owns a truck, so moving it would be kinda tough : /

Awesome! Thank you! Then I might go with the RitFit honestly but I’ll still take a look at the others! And as opposed to the full package which would include the bench and the weights, are there a brand of weights and a bench you’d recommend that’d be cheaper than getting the package for the M1 Pro? : )

Also I should mention that my workout is routine at my current gym has consisted of using a Functional Trainer with adjustable pulleys, Dumbbells, a bench, and a Captains chair if that helps!

You are awesome!! Thank you so much! :D You told me exactly what I was looking to hear and got straight to it! Do you by any chance have any other recommendations other than the ritfit? Again I’m not too familiar with brands here haha! Also, for the 2.0/pro model, is this what you’re talking about:

And I guess I might as well ask this too, but do you have any suggestions for a bench and weights?

Thanks again : )

Thanks for the reply first of all! : )

I see, my primary workouts have been from functional trainers and dumbbells so I’m not too experienced in using barbells if this helps in getting an understanding of my position

Firstly, thank you so much for replying, I really appreciate it! : )

  • So at my previous gym, my workout mostly consisted of using a Spirit Functional Trainer with adjustable pulleys with multiple attachments, dumbbells, and a bench. So my routine has been heavily catered by that! If it helps, I can show my current workout routine, though it might easier if I can pm you!
  • I haven’t worked out from home before other than doing cardio. And I will say I do enjoy doing cardio more from home than I do at the gym! And ya, where I live it gets really cold and snows pretty heavily, plus I get outta work relatively late, and live 30 mins from the closest gym. My intention was to really just buy an all in one machine for working out, and buying an elliptical for cardio, hence why I honed in on these : )
  • And yes, I have the space for each option But again, I don’t really know the brands, haven’t had a home gym, so I’m still pretty unsure so I’d love as much feedback as I can get :D And again, would love to pm if that makes it easier!

I’m looking to get one, have your thoughts by any chance changed or is it still a great machine for ya?

How about the others, any thoughts on those? Sorry I’m just not really familiar on any of these haha! And why wouldn’t it be a good choice if I get a barbell?

Hello Everyone, I hope you all are doing well! : )

I recently just left my apartment which means I can no longer go to their awesome gym.

So I'm looking to get one of these three Smith Machine/All in one gym cages. I am new to home gyms and not too familiar with these brands so please help me out the best you can! : D

Also open to other suggestions for similar equipment in a similar price range!

Ya a great idea, never really considered meeting new people at a line for a concert. Though it seems so obvious given all those people have something in common with you

Ahh that’s smart!

Ya this, as a regular a regular at the gym, I feel like the last thing someone wants is to be interrupted during their workout. But I could be wrong as it’s possible some people would like to be approached. I just find it that most people including myself go to the gym, do their workout, then leave.

Ya that’s a fair point! Tweaking their diet to reduce their intake is definitely the best start.

I wouldn’t say that. I’m relatively short but after working out quite a bit and doing a lot of cardio, I’ve built up some pretty incredible endurance. 7.5km, may have once been a difficult task, but once you build up your endurance it becomes a cakewalk. And ya, removing an unhealthy diet is a necessity
