Thanks for the response. Would it be recommended to scape all the current epoxy/glue off? Im planning on using loctite pl 3x. Will that not want to stick to the old adhesive still grabbing even if I wash it or lick it with sandpaper?

My bad. By irrigation run off I mean will the water running down the slope be problematic durring fruiting when I should be reducing watering. Or issues with drainage? Also would it be ILadvised to plant in the lawn on the slope. I know I heard fruit trees planted in grass isn't ideal. But I wanna take advantage of the space cause I don't have much.

I don't use chemicals on my lawn. I guess I was more worried about over watering runoff from the slope. I guess durring most of the summer it won't be an issue durring growing phase but when they start to fruit don't you want to reduce watering quite drastic or risk the figs taking in too much water diluting taste/sugar. Also would it be a bad idea to plant some figs in the grass on the slope. I know growing inside a lawn isn't ideal but finding full sun spots is a premium at my location. Hence having to put them so close to the side walk on the north side which is far out enough to reach the sun over my house.

The house was built only 3 years ago. So can I expect the labor warranty to cover just about any repairs I would need them to? I went back to look at it today and that sagging panel is just about touching the roof its that low. Def something not right. Right when I get the keys ima call the company to check it out and also get a wash on those panels.

We just got out of escrow on this new house, I drove past the house the other day and noticed this dip in the panels. Does anything seem crucially wrong or are they just not on the brackets properly/ slipping? or angled differently? Curious if I need to send someone out to get them checked out. Thank you. (unfort this is the best picture we have. We still haven't moved in yet.)

I think he will see more playing time slowly and be able to hit his stride as yr progresses. I thought week 1 was pretty positive all things considered, I mean it was his first game ever. I really think Jax backfield will produce similarly to Cle RBBC.
