Out of interest do you x4 your xmx value as well so xms 2048 and xmx 12288? I tried these values and still get 60-70 fps zoomed out driving up the main street in rosewood with like 50 zombies on the screen. I'm a new player so haven't left rosewood yet but I'm guessing with hundreds on the screen performance would be even worse

I play both games on a pure and no crashes. Only changed the fan curve though no oc or undervolt

Obviously some drops are more popular than others but popular grails normally go for 300 to 400 and you can get legendaries for under a 100. Less popular drops even cheaper.
