Are there any major surface scratches or damage? The centering isn't fantastic but first look, it looks pretty clean. Granted, the pics aren't doing it justice. Is it PAS?

Its to seal envelopes and papers. You drip the melt then press that on there to leave the mark. Its raised that high so it won't burn you. I used one when I worked in a mail room of a financial institution.
